This System has been created to benefit all people who want to take advantage of my personal experience by avoiding failure and reaching success and their full potential.

A few words about my person:

My name is CZESLAW ROMAN GRUSZCZYNSKI. In England I am known as CHES GRUS. I am Polish and have been living in the UK for 2 years. I am 39 years old, my star-sign is Leo, my wife’s name is Jola. We have been together for the last 15 years.

I speak a few languages where Polish is my mother tongue followed by English and German which I can speak pretty fluently. My Russian is good and there are some other languages which I am still learning.

I have been practising karate, Judo, Taekwondo and body-building. I became the world champion in push-ups in Hong Kong 2005. My unofficial Guiness record is 170 push-ups a minute and 2058 push-ups in an hour.

I have written a book about a Polish woman named Halina Kunicka who is a world champion in body-building. For a few years I have been instructing ladies in my aerobic and body-building classes. I was in the Polish commandos. I also was a policeman, a body-guard and a security guard.

My hobbies are sport, spending time in the open air and carrying pianos. I have started a modest collection to the memory of Princess Diana. My mentors whose names I revere are John Paul II and Princess Diana. My favourite singer is Cher. My favourite band is West Life.

I like dogs and cats. As for people qualities I appreciate every act of self-less benevolence and respect towards parents. Myself am aware of aged people and am sensitive to their needs. Canary Islands are the place which I often reminiscent about and worship.

I do not smoke nor drink alcohol.
