1. What actually is SSD and what are their services?

SSD is a private company and it offers a wide variety of personal training programmes. We tailor our services according to our clients specification. We set them up in a preferred setting and thus we meet our clients* need. We act promptly and we meet our targets.

2. How to book a chosen programme?

If you want to book a programme you can do it by email or over the phone.

3. Do you invoice your clients?

Yes, we do according to our clients request.

4. Do you recommend any particular programme?

Each of our programmes offers a very valuable service, but we are able to tailor our offer to the clients specification.

5. What is your price range?

A number of our offers if free of charge, i.e " You've Got Talent ". We promote gifted, talented individuals on our website where you can see samples of their creativity. Our charges are influenced by the type and length of our chosen programme,i.e our Self-Management Course costs £50 as it is only a ONE DAY personal training. This particular training focuses on Polish people who live in Great Britain. It provides helpful tips and skills for the Poles to find solutions to everyday problems they may face in the UK. At the end of the training successful applicants will gain an SSD certificate.

6. Who leads your training sessions?

We run our training sessions ourselves. Our General Director appoints particular professionals depending on the need of the training. He also runs some sessions by himself.

7. Does your website contain all of the available offers?

Some offers may not appear on the website. These are programmes we may offer after the initial interview with our customers.

8. What it the purpose of the interview?

The purpose of the interview it to find the right programme to meet our customer*s specific needs.

9. Who writes your programmes?

We create most of our programmes within the company.

10. What languages do you use?

We speak English, Polish, Russian, German and Slovakian.

11. Where do you operate?

SSD operate within England and Europe.

12. Why do you call yourself a company of the 21st century?

We claim to be of the 21st century company due to our prompt, professional and thorough services.
